- 100 g light Greek yogurt (2% fat)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (approx. 7g)
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 75 g berries (fresh or frozen)
- 15 g whole wheat tea biscuits (approx. 2 biscuits), coarsely crushed
