Coconut Berry Chia Pudding
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but many skip it due to lack of time. This chia pudding was born in my clinic as a quick, creamy, and delicious solution that can be prepped the night before. It combines healthy fats and dietary fiber that keep you full and help balance blood sugar levels throughout the morning.
